Single-use bottles or wall dispensers? How to choose
This is the most common amenity decision a property makes. Neither option is always right, and many properties use both.
What guests think
Small bottles feel generous and can be taken home. Well-made dispensers feel modern and considered, and are now widely accepted in premium properties.
Cost and operations
Dispensers cost more to install and less to run. Refills are quicker than replacing partly used bottles. Bottles are simple to stock but create daily waste and more handling.
Waste and sustainability
Dispensers reduce single-use plastic. If you move to them, tell guests why, and make sure the fixtures look good and work reliably.
A practical rule
Use dispensers where guests shower. Offer a small number of branded bottles or a gift set for guests who want something to take home.
