Dispenser security
Dispensers that stay on the wall.
Lockable, fixed-mount dispensers and sealed refills for properties that want less waste without losing control of the stock.
How it works
Built for the way hotels actually run.
Locked, not just closed
Staff-only keys, so units stay on the wall and refills stay in the building.
Fixed to the wall
Mounted fixtures resist being pulled off or swapped.
Sealed refills
1 and 5 litre packs fill the unit without decanting by hand.
Clear labels
Product and fragrance named on the unit and the refill, so nothing is mixed up.
Easy for housekeeping
A routine that is quick to learn and quick to repeat on every floor.
Matched to the room
Finishes and label colours follow your collection, so the bathroom still looks designed.
Refill economics
Less plastic, less handling.
A 5 litre refill replaces many small bottles, so there is less packaging to buy, store and throw away, and fewer deliveries to receive. We help you work out the right layout and restocking rhythm for your property.
Questions
Good to know.
Can guests remove the dispensers?
The units are lockable and fixed to the wall so that housekeeping can open them and guests cannot. Ask for specifications for the model that suits your property.
Why choose dispensers over small bottles?
Dispensers cut single-use plastic, keep every bathroom looking the same and are quicker to restock. Many properties keep miniatures for suites and take-home gifts.
Can refills be mixed up between rooms?
Each refill pack is labelled by product and fragrance, and units can be colour-coded, so housekeeping fills the right unit every time.
What happens if a unit is damaged?
Tell us your property's routine and we will agree spares and replacement parts as part of the supply.
Can the dispensers carry our branding?
Yes. Labels on dispensers and refills can carry your name, logo and colours.
Planning a dispenser rollout?
Tell us your rooms and layout. We will propose units, finishes and a refill plan.
