Plan replenishment
Confirm whether the proposed system uses replaceable sealed bottles or refillable containers. Follow the supplied system-specific cleaning and handling instructions; these methods are not interchangeable.
Control access
Ask which locking or tamper-control features apply to the selected model, how keys are managed and how housekeeping checks remaining stock.
Evaluate the supply plan
Confirm refill pack sizes, carton quantities, storage requirements and reorder lead times. Calculate consumption from occupied room nights and measured usage per occupied room night.
