Request personal-care samples for scent and texture evaluation. If relevant, also request a dispenser and holder, dry amenity packaging or a branded packaging proposal. The team confirms what is available, any charges and shipping arrangements before dispatch.
03 / Evaluate together
Review scent, texture, packaging and legibility with your team. For dispensers, check the proposed mounting and replenishment method with housekeeping and engineering.
04 / Confirm the programme
Agree the approved sample, product specifications, quantities, branding, price, production lead time and delivery arrangements before placing the order.
